Groundskeeper

Part time 14-20 hours weekly (depending on weather)
Duties include: Mowing, flower bed upkeep, trimming, weed pulling, ect.
Winter duties include: Shoveling the sidewalks, salting the complex and parking lots
Winter hours would be early AM hours
