Overtime may be required resulting in longer days or working an occasional weekend day(s). Overtime will be paid for working over 40 hours a week.
Employees are paid weekly via direct deposit into a banking account or pay card such as a debit or online banking card.
Employee Bonus:
After working at Aluminum Recovery Technologies (ART) for 3 months, the employee gets a $300 bonus, they also receive another $500 bonus after working 6 months, and another $1000 after 1 year at ART!!
Refer a Friend:
The employee can earn an additional $300 if they refer a friend and that friend stays employed for 6 months. If the employee’s referral stays employed for a year, the employee gets another $300 bonus.
