POSITION OVERVIEW

 

The Training Delivery Coordinator oversees all aspects of training operations, instructor coordination, and classroom logistics to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences. This position supports program execution from scheduling through credentialing and works closely with instructors, employers, and internal teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and engaging training.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Instructor Coordination: Recruit, contract, and support instructors; manage instructor onboarding, scheduling, and performance feedback.
  • Training Operations: Manage training schedules, classroom logistics, materials, and equipment; ensure smooth execution of courses and employer trainings.
  • Credentialing and Compliance: Verify and issue credentials; ensure accurate and timely entry of certifications and completion data in learning management systems (LMS).
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor instructional quality and adherence to curriculum standards; collect feedback from instructors and participants for program improvement.
  • Administrative Coordination: Track training attendance, completion, and instructor payments; ensure accuracy in program data and reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend operational and instructional process enhancements based on data, trends, and stakeholder feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, education administration, or workforce development.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and logistics simultaneously
    • Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional learning experiences

 

SCHEDULE

 

Full-time, Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with occasional flexibility for special events.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

 

  • Pay: $47,000 annually, full-time, exempt
  • Holidays & Paid Time Off: 10 paid holidays annually; Up to 20 paid vacation days (based on years of service); 24 hours paid personal/family time
  • Retirement: 403(b) plan with 2.5% employee match plus 5% annual employer contribution after one year
