Program Description: Six Sigma Green Belt Training
and certification provides participants with enhanced  LEAN Manufacturing & Office
problem-solving skills, including an emphasis on the
DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)
 ISO 9001: 2015
model. The Green Belt has two primary tasks: first, to
help successfully deploy Six Sigma techniques, and sec-
ond to lead small-scale improvement projects within  ISO 14001: 2015
their respective areas. Concepts include: Introduction to
Six Sigma, Six Sigma implementation fundamentals, data-
driven management, choosing the right projects, tracking
Six Sigma project results, project management using
DMAIC and DMADV, emphasis on the “Define and Meas-
ure” phases of DMAIC, and process behavior charts and
measurement systems.
