What do you have to offer?  High School Diploma or equivalency is required.  Vocational School certificate – maintenance/HVAC/plumbing/etc. is a bonus.  Do you exhibit competence of core maintenance and computer skills, reliability, organized, trustworthiness?  Do have a valid driver’s license?  Can you pass a criminal background check?

We mentioned variety … This position will complete regular facility inspections, periodic/preventive maintenance, coordinate and supervise completion of maintenance provided by outside contractors, oversee and perform building and grounds maintenance, perform basic carpentry, maintains facility lighting and so much more!
